Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all US orders over $85. Under that, standard shipping is a low flat rate, calculated at checkout. Need it fast? Express and Rush options are available at checkout too.

How fast do you ship?

In-stock orders ship the same business day when placed by 2pm EST, straight from our warehouse in Williamstown, New Jersey. Order after 2pm or on a weekend and it goes out the next business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once it ships, standard delivery usually lands within a few business days depending on your location. Want it sooner? Choose Express or Rush at checkout.

Do you offer faster / expedited shipping?

Yes. At checkout you'll see Express and Rush options for when you need it quickly. (Note: expedited speed applies to in-stock items, not pre-orders.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your address. Please note our free-shipping offer is US-only, so international orders have shipping calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder just in case).

My tracking hasn't updated — where's my order?

Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after a label is created, especially over weekends. If it's been several business days with no update, reach out and we'll track it down for you.

Orders & Tracking

How do I check my order status?

Check your order confirmation and shipping emails for status and tracking. If you made an account, you can also view your orders there.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We pack fast, so contact us as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way we can't change it, but you can always return or exchange.

Can I change my shipping address?

Reach out right away. If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually update the address. Once shipped, we're not able to reroute it.

I received the wrong or a missing item — what do I do?

We're sorry about that. Contact us with your order number and a photo if you have one, and we'll make it right quickly.

Do I need an account to order?

Nope — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders and earn rewards.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer easy 30-day returns and exchanges. If something isn't right, send it back within 30 days for a refund or swap.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just contact us with your order number and what you'd like to do, and we'll walk you through it.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Absolutely — exchanges are welcome within 30 days. Reach out and we'll get the right one to you.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is covered by the customer. We keep the rest of the process simple and quick.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return arrives back to us, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.

Sizing & Fit

How do your sizes fit?

It varies by style — most run true to size, and some are cut relaxed or oversized. Each product page shows exactly how that piece fits with a “How this fits” guide and a “Find your size” tool built from real reviews.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a full size guide plus a "Find your size" tool that recommends a size from your height and usual fit — built from real customer reviews.

Are your hoodies and tees unisex?

Yes — our fits are unisex and designed to look great on everyone.

What if I'm between sizes?

Since most styles run relaxed, size down for a closer fit or stay true to size for a roomier look. The "Find your size" tool on each page gives you a personalized rec.

Do any items run cropped or short?

A few intentionally-cropped styles (like the What a Friend 90s Retro Gym Tee) run shorter in length — that's noted right on the product page, with exact measurements in the size guide.

Products & Care

What are your products made of?

It depends on the piece — our lineup ranges from soft 100% cotton to cotton blends and heavier-weight fabrics. Every product page lists that item's exact material and feel under its details and “Materials & fit,” so you always know exactly what you're getting.

Is the design printed or stitched?

Many of our signature pieces feature stitched or patchwork lettering — not cheap prints — so the design won't crack or peel. Techniques vary by style, and the product page tells you which.

How do I wash and care for it?

As a rule, machine wash cold and inside out, then tumble dry on low. Each product lists its own care under “Materials & fit” on the page — always worth a quick look.

Will it shrink?

Wash cold and dry on low to keep the fit. Many of our styles are pre-shrunk — the product's details will note if it is.

Is the quality actually good?

We stake our name on it — quality fabrics, stitched (not printed) details, and a 4.9-star rating from 6,000+ reviews. If it's not right, our 30-day returns have you covered.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it's back in stock and lock in the current price. It ships by the date shown on the product page and Add-to-Cart button.

When will my pre-order ship?

By the ship date listed right on the product page and Add-to-Cart button. We ship it as soon as the stock lands — often sooner than the estimate.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Yes. By default the whole order ships together on the pre-order date. If you'd rather get your in-stock items now, you can choose to ship them first in your cart (a small fee covers the second shipment).

Why should I pre-order instead of waiting?

Pre-ordering locks in your size, color, and the current price — our drops often sell out, so it's the surest way not to miss the one you want.

Is [my item] still a pre-order?

Check the product page — if it's a pre-order, the ship date is shown on the Add-to-Cart button. Anything without that label is in stock and ships same day.

Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Do you offer payment plans (buy now, pay later)?

Yes — split your order into interest-free payments with Afterpay or Affirm, right at checkout.

Do you have any discounts or promo codes?

The best way to catch a deal is to join our email and text list — you'll get a welcome offer plus first access to drops and sales. Enter any active code in the discount box at checkout.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes — earn Billboard Points on every order and redeem them for discounts. Look for the rewards link on our site to join and start earning.

Is checkout secure?

Completely. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed securely through Shopify — we never see or store your card details.

What does Forty-Six Ten stand for?

We're a faith-driven apparel brand built to help you wear what you believe. Our name comes from Psalm 46:10 — "Be still, and know that I am God." Every piece is a bold, wearable reminder of your faith.

How does the 10% giving work?

10% of our profits fund Christian mental-health efforts. Every single order you place helps support that mission — faith you can wear, that gives back.

Where are you based?

We're a US brand and ship from our warehouse in Williamstown, New Jersey.

How do I get notified when something restocks?

On any sold-out product, tap "Notify me when it's back" and enter your email (or opt in for a text). We'll let you know the moment it returns.

How do I create an account?

Use the account icon in the header to sign up. It makes tracking orders and earning Billboard Points easier — but it's never required to check out.

Can I become an ambassador or affiliate?

Yes — join our "Billboards for Him" team to earn by sharing what you love. Look for the affiliate / join-the-team page on our site to apply.

How do I join your email and text list?

Sign up through the popup or the form in our footer. You'll get a welcome offer, early access to drops, and the occasional encouragement along the way.
