Shipping policy

Every order is picked, packed, and sorted by hand right here in our New Jersey warehouse — usually by a member of our own team.

Processing. In-stock orders normally ship within 0–2 business days of being placed. During a busy drop this can take an extra day or two, but we always move as fast as we can.

Pre-orders. Pre-order items ship on the date listed on their product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once every item is ready — so if you'd like your in-stock pieces sooner, we'd recommend placing a separate order for them.

Once it's with the carrier. After your package leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We're not always able to refund or replace orders delayed or lost in transit — but we'll never leave you hanging. Reach out and we'll help you work with the carrier to track it down, since each carrier has its own process for locating lost mail.
