Shipping policy

All shipments will normally be sent out within 0-2 days of placement.

This is not guaranteed, as in some cases orders may get delayed by a few days.

Pre-order items ship according to date listed on product page.

All delays and lost mail by shipping carriers are not up to us to necessarily refund and cover costs for each time. 

All carriers have their own processes for retrieving lost mail.

PRE-ORDER POLICY: All orders with pre-ordered items will ship once all pre-ordered items are ready and in-stock.
